1. Two-Year Limited Warranty

RO Mattress provides a two-year limited manufacturer's warranty, commencing from the original date of purchase.

This voluntary warranty covers manufacturing defects or damage relating to the mattress spring system only.

The limited manufacturer's warranty does not extend to other mattress components, general wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, improper handling or personal comfort preferences.

This warranty is provided in addition to, and does not exclude, restrict or modify, any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.

2. Change of Mind – Size and Firmness

RO Mattress does not offer refunds, returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases, including:

• Incorrect mattress size selected by the customer.
• Changes in personal preference regarding mattress firmness.
• A customer's decision that the mattress is too firm or too soft.
• Changes in personal comfort preferences after purchase.

Under Australian Consumer Law, businesses are generally not required to provide refunds or exchanges where customers simply change their minds or select products that do not meet their personal preferences, provided the products comply with applicable consumer guarantees.
